Newest 4×4 truck mod for driving from a wheelchair.
Cost wise as of 3/9/11 is around 63,000.00 for a 4×4 Chevy Silverado from a dealer. It is possible to talk with them on specifics but you can get a used truck and send it in to them for modification. It must be a 07 or up of the new body style along with the Tow Package and more.
The lift in my opinion is one of the best ideas I have seen. As for its functionality and durability I do not know. Hopefully I will win the lottery and I’ll buy one.
The UVL Lifts just take up way to much space underneath “for me”. The whole reason for a truck is for ground clearance, hauling, and All-Terrain use. It definitely is not for gas mileage and catching the UVL on a curb, rock, ground, and costing a small fortune of damage.
